I live in St. Petersburg FL., I called this company (for the 1st time ever) on the Thursday before Mother's Day, to see about sending flowers to my Mothers home in Calhoun TN. i figured it would be difficult seeing how i hadn't given them much time to arrange something nice for her AND deliver it, all before saturday afternoon..... 2 hours later (the very same day) Momma called me with tears in her eyes, thanking me for the "BEAUTIFUL" flowers and the gesture. I am, ABSOLUTELY THRILLED with this company, and how they were able to make that happen for my Mother!! I will be sure to make this an annual tradition from this year forward, and only order thru them for any and all other situations. i am only giving them a "5 STAR" Review simply because there aren't MORE stars to give. My twins birthday was on 10/25 and I ordered a couple of arrangements. When my daughters flowers were delivered they weren't what I asked for at all. I was upset about it and called to give this feed back. I have to tip my hat to Kelly because she went above and beyond to make this right.
